Who We Are
The New York State Firearms Association fights to defend the Second Amendment with grassroots pressure, exposing weak Republicans and Democrats alike. We battle gun control in Albany, at the ballot box, and in Federal Court — mobilizing gun owners through mail, digital ads, petitions, and relentless campaigns to stop Hochul’s attacks.

In a state where our own Governor treats gun owners like criminals, the New York State Firearms Association exists to fight back — and I’m proud to lead that fight. We fight and block bad legislation in Albany, challenge unconstitutional gun control laws in federal court, and organize gun owners into a powerful political force.
Our members have stopped massive gun control bills in Albany, exposed weak Republicans, and cost the Democrats their Senate supermajority at election time — all while holding the line for the next generation of gun owners.
