The idiots in Albany never relent. Now they are pushing legislation that makes it a crime to buy a dang BB gun unless you are 18 — it’s a jailable offense otherwise!
Kathy Hochul and Albany Democrats have sent crime skyrocketing by:
- Passing ‘bail reform’ that prevents cops from holding violent thugs in prison
- Protecting liberal judges who routinely let predators out with a slap on the wrist
- Attacking our corrections officers who are fed up with Hochul’s stupidity
- Disarming New Yorkers through gun control, leaving us with few options
Instead of apologizing for all of this, Senator May (with Hochul’s support) is pushing S. 9215A/A. 10701, which forces BB guns to be painted bright colors, forces New Yorkers to be 18 to buy a BB gun, and treats BB guns as a ‘public nuisance.’
This isn’t a joke — the Senate version was re-referred to committee on May 4!
