After the municipal election results of 2025, Kathy Hochul and Albany Democrats are coming for gun owners with everything they’ve got this year.
Their goal is to completely disarm the citizen population of New York through bills like:
1. S. 399; which bans the sale of Glock handguns because criminals use them
2. S. 362; which makes us wait 10-days to buy any firearm in New York State
3. A. 360; which mandates a mental health exam just to be able to buy a firearm
4. S. 4277; which bans .50 cal rifles and will expand to ban other hunting calibers
5. S. 5974; which forces gun owners to purchase civil liability insurance to own a gun
None of this will stop criminals. But that’s not why Hochul wants to pass these.
These bills are about disarming ‘We the People’ so Hochul can rule over New Yorkers with an iron fist, something you can’t do to an armed population.
