Kathy Hochul and the legislature banned ‘Glock Switches’ several years ago, but of course the criminal element ignored that like they ignore the rest of our gun control laws. Now Hochul feels embarrassed, and so she wants to ban Glocks outright!
A. 199 and the Senate version (S. 399) would ban Glock handguns and any other handgun that can be modified with ‘simple tools’ — which are virtually all handguns.
This is not a file and forget bill. Hochul wants to get this done fast!
California banned Glocks last year. 46 Assemblyman have co-sponsored A. 199 and 18 Senators have already endorsed S. 399.
