While violent crime rips through our communities, Kathy Hochul is continuing to push S.362 — a bill that would force law-abiding gun owners to wait 10 full days before we can buy a gun!
Let me be clear…
This legislation protects violent criminals by making sure their would-be victims remain defenseless during the most critical moments.
Meanwhile, the thugs and gangbangers shooting up our streets? They’re not waiting for a background check.
This is about control — not safety. Hochul and her allies are hell-bent on disarming law-abiding gun owners in the face of record-setting crime!

We’ve been able to hold this bill back for two years straight thanks to the overwhelming pressure from NYS Firearms Association members like you.
But Hochul and the Radical Left aren’t giving up, and they are building momentum behind this bill RIGHT NOW in Albany.
S.362 flies directly in the face of the U.S. Supreme Court’s ruling in Bruen, which made it clear: delays, burdens, and roadblocks on your right to keep and bear arms are unconstitutional.
Much worse is the fact that this bill be result in innocent New Yorkers being r@ped, robbed, and murdered — unable to fight back due to these delays!
It’s critical that gun owners hammer the legislature with petitions against this bill, to make sure Hochul and her allies know that backing this will cost them dearly in 2026!

We need to send a message loud and clear: New Yorkers will not be disarmed. We will not be silenced. And we’re not waiting 10 days to buy a gun while criminals roam free.
Don’t forget, Kathy Hochul is scared.
Her poll numbers are hovering around 36%, the lowest numbers in her history. She knows that mandating waiting periods will only hurt her chances of reelection even more.
