The 2026 session is shaping up to be absolutely wild in Albany.
Commies inside the Democrat conferences are openly bragging about how they’re going to push their party even further to the left — and gun control is at the top of their list.
One of their biggest goals? Passing their long-sought 10-day waiting period on every single gun sale in New York State.
NYSFA members have stopped this insanity for years. The bill has already cleared the Senate, but thanks to relentless grassroots pressure we’ve managed to stall it out in the Assembly.
But Hochul and her allies are not letting up.
They are organizing for another massive push, and that’s why we’re trying to get the word out and mobilize gun owners against this RIGHT NOW.
👉 [HELP US CRUSH 10-DAY WAITING PERIODS!]
Let me remind you what this bill does.
S.362 would force law-abiding gun owners to wait 10 full days before being allowed to buy a firearm.
That means a battered woman trying to escape an abuser would be disarmed for 10 days. That means a homeowner whose neighborhood is getting hit with break-ins would have to wait 10 days.
Meanwhile, the thugs, gangbangers, and predators terrorizing our communities? They don’t wait. They never have.
This isn’t about safety — it’s about control. It’s about leaving you and me defenseless while criminals run free.
And make no mistake, this flies directly in the face of the Bruen decision. The Supreme Court has already said that delays, burdens, and roadblocks on the Second Amendment are unconstitutional.
But Hochul and the Radical Left don’t care. They’d rather see New Yorkers r@ped, robbed, and murdered than admit their gun control agenda has failed.

That’s why I need you to take action right away. Sign your petition, and after you do, please chip in $50, $25, or whatever you can afford so we can hammer this bill back into the ground in 2026.

P.S. The Left’s dream of a 10-day waiting period is coming back next session. NYSFA members have blocked it before — and with your help we’ll do it again. Don’t wait.
