You did it.
You stood up, fought like hell, and held the line in Albany — and now that the legislature has officially adjourned for the year, I can say it loud and proud:
Every bit of Hochul’s gun control agenda DIED in Albany!
She threw everything she had at us. And her cronies in the Senate passed bill after bill. But when it came time to push these bills through the Assembly and onto Hochul’s desk — you stopped them cold.
Let’s be clear about what you just defeated:
➡️ S.00362 – A mandatory 10-day waiting period to buy a firearm, even if you passed a background check instantly.
➡️ AB-5611 – A law that would force gun owners to carry $1 million in civil liability insurance just to buy a gun!
➡️ S.4277 – A full ban on .50-caliber rifles and mandatory registration of existing ones. A straight-up test run for future bans!
➡️ AB-1290 – A massive tax increase on all gun and ammo sales in New York.
➡️ S.159/S.454 – A radical plan to release violent criminals early while they try to disarm you and me!
These weren’t file-and-forget bills. They were serious threats — and they were moving. Hochul and the gun control lobby thought they had the momentum.
But while a lot of people sit on the sidelines and whine about how bad things are getting, members of the New York State Firearms Association did something about it.
You sent hundreds of thousands of emails. You signed petitions. You donated to fund the fight. You helped us drop digital ads and mobilize gun owners in key districts across the state.
And it worked.
Is the war over? No. There’s always more freedom to lose. And things CAN happen even after adjournment.
But you need to know this: we are not going anywhere.
We’re going to be right here — exposing every lie, fighting every bill, and making these commie bastards pay for every inch they try to take!
But right now, we need your help.
We spent heavily to mobilize gun owners this session. And if we’re going to be ready for the next wave, we need to recapitalize immediately.
Please make a donation of $100, $75, $50 — or whatever you can afford — to help the New York State Firearms Association reload for the next fight!
