BREAKING: Gun Control Hearings TOMORROW in Albany!

This is urgent!

Just announced: TWO MAJOR GUN CONTROL BILLS will be heard tomorrow, Tuesday at 12:30pm, in the New York State Senate Codes Committee!

Albany politicians are moving fast — and if gun owners don’t act just as fast, they may ram these bills through with little opposition.

That’s why we’ve prepared two pre-written emails for you to send RIGHT NOW — one for each bill. They go directly to your State Senator.

Here’s what’s being heard tomorrow:

 S.4277: Kathy Hochul’s .50 Caliber Rifle Ban

This bill bans certain .50 caliber rifles — not because they’re used in crimes, but because Hochul wants a test case for future bans. If she can ban one caliber, she’ll ban more. Our hunting rifles are next!

S.362: Statewide Waiting Periods for Firearm Purchases

This bill imposes a mandatory 10-day waiting period on all firearm sales — even for people who pass a background check instantly. It’s a direct assault on your right to self-defense.

We may be able to stop these bills! Democrats are already nervous about pushing more gun control.

Donald Trump took 43% of the vote in New York last fall — and Governor Hochul’s poll numbers have never been lower.

If Albany Democrats push these bills, it could cost Hochul her seat…and possibly cost the Democrats control of the State Senate.

But we need to hammer on them now!

Don’t forget, the hearing is TOMORROW at 12:30pm — act now!

Gun owners need to stand up and speak out before it’s too late.

P.S. Two bills — S.4277 to ban .50 caliber rifles and S.362 to impose a 10-day waiting period on all gun purchases — are being heard TOMORROW in the Senate Codes Committee!

If gun owners stay silent, they could fly through committee and head for a full vote.

Send your emails now and help us stop both bills before it’s too late.
