New York: Budget’s Over — Hochul’s Coming After Us Next!

The budget fight in Albany is over.

And that means Kathy Hochul and her radical allies are turning their attention back to the social agenda they’ve been itching to pass — including two bills that would put violent criminals back on our streets.

These bills — S-159 and S-454 — could move very fast now that the budget logjam has cleared.

Here’s what they do:

S-159 / A-127: FORCES the parole board to release violent offenders — including child rapists — unless there’s “an unreasonable risk” of reoffending. Their past crimes can’t even be considered. If they behave in prison, they walk free.

S-454 / A-514: Requires the parole board to release any inmate over 55 who’s served 15 years — even if they’re a cop killer, mass murderer, or violent sexual predator. And if the board says no, they must revisit it every two years until they say yes.

If these bills pass, over 1,000 convicted murderers and 600 convicted rapists could hit the streets immediately.

Let that sink in.

New York’s violent crime rate is already exploding — murder is up 20% since 2019, aggravated assault is up 40% since COVID.

If these bills become law, it won’t just get worse — it will become unmanageable.

That’s why I’m asking you to send your pre-written email to your State Senator and Assemblyman RIGHT NOW. Hochul and the radicals in Albany need to hear from every gun owner in the state before it’s too late.

After you send your email, please consider making a generous donation. We’re running aggressive text alerts, social media ads, and direct mail campaigns to flood Albany with opposition — and we need your help to keep up the pressure.
