Albany’s latest move will leave law-abiding New Yorkers stunned. 

Right now, the New York State Senate has just escalated the fight. Earlier today, the Senate passed S-159/AB-127 and S-454/AB-514 out of committee!

These dangerous bills could hit the Senate floor THIS WEEK!

Here’s what’s at stake: 

S-159/AB-127 forces the state parole board to release violent criminals—including child r@pists—unless there’s an “unreasonable risk” they’ll reoffend.

It ignores their past crimes and focuses only on “current risk factors.” A child r@pist could walk free if they play nice in prison! 

S-454/AB-514 all-but mandates the parole board to release criminals over 55 who’ve served 15 years—regardless of their crimes.

Cop killers, mass murderers, and violent sexual predators could be back on our streets, with their cases reexamined every two years until they’re released!

These bills could unleash over 1,000 convicted murderers and 600 convicted rapists onto New York’s streets, on top of our already soaring crime rates.

Kathy Hochul’s policies, like firing 2,000 corrections officers and forcing early inmate releases, have already made things worse. Now, Albany is doubling down.
