Hochul’s gun control bill S.362 — the legislation that would impose a 10-day waiting period on gun purchases — has now been placed on the Senate debate calendar.
That means this bill is headed for a floor vote.
We just don’t know when.

This does nothing to stop criminals.
Criminals do not buy guns through legal channels.
But it absolutely does disarm law abiding citizens who may need a firearm immediately for self-defense.
That is exactly why Hochul and her allies are pushing this legislation…because they despise an armed population.
And they believe that if they pass enough laws to slow down, discourage, and regulate gun ownership, eventually fewer New Yorkers will exercise their Second Amendment rights.
