We’re in this to make generational gains for the Second Amendment while we still can. Because the next Democrat who wins the White House is going to be so bad on guns…we might actually miss Joe Biden.

Seven days ago, almost every national level gun rights organization out there (GOA, NRA, FPC, and 2AF) cut an outrageous deal with Senator John Thune, refusing to fight the ruling of the Senate Democrat parliamentarian and agreeing to settle for this pathetic reduction on the NFA tax stamp.
Senate Majority Leader John Thune officially said he will not overrule the Senate Parliamentarian — despite the fact that she unilaterally killed every pro-gun reform in the Senate’s Big Beautiful Bill.
Just before midnight last night, unelected Senate Parliamentarian, Elizabeth MacDonough, appointed in 2012 by Democrat Harry Reid, stripped out pro-Second Amendment provisions in the Senate version of the BBB.
National Constitutional Carry is the goal. It’s what gun owners deserve. It’s what freedom requires.
But while we keep fighting for that, H.R. 38 – National Reciprocity is a major step forward.
National Constitutional Carry is the gold standard. No permits. No bureaucrats. Just freedom.
But until Congress has the spine to pass it, H.R. 38 — National Reciprocity is a damn good step in the right direction.
Chuck Schumer and Kirsten Gillibrand hate guns rights, we all know that. But voting against a bill this important for gun owners, is all but certain to cement their minority status after the 2026 elections, too!
Over 100 million gun owners in this country own more than 400 million firearms. And we’re not giving them up for any treaty, foreign bureaucrat, or globalist agenda!
It’s time for the Senate to strip the NFA of SBRs, SBSs, and AOWs, fully repeal the NFA, and Abolish the ATF — once and for all.
The NFA still shackles law-abiding gun owners. The ATF is still funded. And the Second Amendment is still being treated like a privilege instead of a right.
