The Democrats’ gun control blitz in Congress isn’t slowing down.
They aren’t trying to tweak the law in some small way. Their goal is to disarm every single one of us. And we all know why.
They want ‘Red Flag’ laws.
They want to ban suppressors.
They want restrictions on ammo sales.
They want to ban AR-15s and 30-round magazines.
And while we fight to hold the line legislatively, the Democrats have another problem: the current United States Supreme Court.
The Democrats want to PACK the Supreme Court with four new Justices — while adding hundreds of new judges throughout the federal judiciary!

This may be the most dangerous part of the Democrats’ entire gun control agenda. Because this isn’t about banning one gun, one magazine, or one firearms accessory.
This is about changing the courts so Democrats can attack ALL OF IT — and make those attacks stick.
The Supreme Court’s Bruen decision in 2022 changed everything. There is a new standard for what is constitutional now, and because of that, we’ve won more victories in court in the last 4 years than we did in the previous 25 years!
Courts have been forced to strike down age restrictions. Magazine limits have fallen. Nonviolent felons are getting their rights restored.
Democratic Governors and Attorneys General have been kicking and screaming about this for four years. Their allies in Congress have every intention of passing sweeping gun control the moment they have the votes.
But they know the Supreme Court could strike it all down. So before they can lock in their gun control agenda, they need to ‘pack’ the court.

Their current plan is to:
- Immediately put 4 new Justices on the Supreme Court
- Create 203 new Federal District Judges across the country
- Add nearly 50 Circuit Court Judges at the appellate level
The impact would be devastating.
Instead of today’s 6-3 Supreme Court, Democrats could create a 7-6 Court with their new appointees holding the majority. And hundreds of new judges would reshape the lower federal courts forever.
And this is where all these Democrat gun control bills come together.
Whatever a future Democrat administration passes (and that could happen in just over two years), this new Supreme Court would rubber stamp as being ‘constitutional.’
AR-15 bans. Suppressor bans. Online ammo sale bans. ‘Red Flag Gun Seizures.’ All of it!
THIS is their endgame.
We can’t wait until January to find out whether Democrats have taken control of the House. We need to mobilize against this NOW.
