While not naming his nominee yet, Joe Biden has announced that he will be selecting a black woman to fill this vacancy.
Did you catch that? Biden’s not worried about selecting someone who will support and uphold the Constitution. He’s not even focused on someone who is a qualified jurist.
Biden is using this nomination process to shore up his support amongst the left wing of his base, by announcing that his primary criteria for a Supreme Court Justice are centered exclusively around race and sex!
It’s more important than ever that Senate Democrats — including our own Senators Schumer and Gillibrand — understand that approving an activist judge onto the Supreme Court will cost them their Congressional majority come November.

In just a few weeks, Joe Biden’s handlers will announce their replacement for Supreme Court Justice Stephen Breyer, who recently announced his decision to step down from the court.
Of course, this has been in the works for months, as Congressional Democrats are desperately looking for a win on something — anything — to charge up their base as they head into the midterms. As a result, Breyer was all-but forced to retire.
Everyone remembers the brutal attacks that the Left waged against Brett Kavanaugh, after President Trump nominated him to the Court. The left lied about him repeatedly, attempting to sink his nomination and destroy his family at the same time.
That’s because the Left knew that whenever they got control of the White House and Congress, they were going to push for the most unconstitutional, freedom-shredding agenda America has ever seen, and these laws would end up before the Supreme Court.
So you can expect Biden’s team to nominate one of the most activist judges that we’ve ever seen to the court!

The NYS Firearms Association focuses on legislative politics in Albany and brutally effective educational programs at election time, giving gun owners the hard facts that anti-gun incumbents are desperately trying to hide. That’s never going to change.
But with Biden bypassing Congress and trying to advance gun control via Executive Actions, the NYS Firearms Association is also preparing to fight for our freedoms in court, too.
That’s why it’s so important that gun owners do everything we can to force the United States Senate to reject an activist justice for the court! In the coming years, it’s almost certain that the court will be issuing decisions on cases like:

>>> Whether or not Biden has the constitutional authority to bypass Congress and force the American people to register 80% lower based firearms with NICS, or face felony charges.
>>> Whether or not the ATF has the constitutional authority to bypass Congress and force the American people to surrender their bump-stocks, or face felony charges!
And with federal appellate courts currently considering magazine bans in multiple states, requirements to possess liability insurance to own guns, and bans on the AR-15 — clearly there will be a lot of gun rights cases coming to the Supreme Court.

Chuck Schumer and Kirsten Gillibrand are starry-eyed radicals, of course, who would normally vote for any nominee that Joe Biden puts forth in the Senate. But right now, even they are worried.
Joe Biden is the most corrupt and incompetent President that our nation has suffered under in decades, maybe ever. And his poll numbers are so low, that national Democrats are afraid he’s going to cost them control of Congress during the fall midterms.
They know that the David Chipman fight was very expensive for them, politically, and they still lost. And they know that backing an overt activist judge for the Supreme Court could be the nail in their parties’ political coffin in the fall!
But for that to happen, we need to flood their offices with tens of thousands of emails from gun owners from across New York State. If we do, we may force Senate Democrats to tell Biden that he simply can’t select an overtly activist judge!
