While hundreds upon hundreds of violent criminals are being released back onto the streets thanks to his ‘Bail Reform Bill’ last year, America-hating Governor Cuomo is launching another attack against law abiding New Yorkers.

And folks, this one is as nasty as they come!

SB-7065, being sponsored by Senator Sanders, would mandate that every gun owner in the state submit to a mental health evaluation before you could buy a firearm!

Think about that.

Law abiding New Yorkers, being treated like a convicted child molester or a convicted murderer, having to prove their mental health just to be able to exercise a God-given and Constitutionally-guaranteed right!

And, should this bill pass into law and you dared to transfer a family firearm down to your children or grandchildren without a government approved mental health exam first, you would be facing a Class D felony charge!

That’s why I hope you’ll take immediate action, by contacting your Senator and Assemblyman today, using our automated advocacy program!

Tyrants throughout history used the guise of mental health laws to silence political opponents, exactly as Governor Cuomo is trying to do with this bill!

Political opponents of such evil leaders as China’s Chairman Mao to Russia’s General Secretary Stalin often found themselves arrested, denied the right to travel, sentenced to labor camps and even worse…because their opposition to tyranny flagged them as ‘mentally defective.’

And please don’t think for a moment that this is a token bill, that it isn’t going anywhere.

This legislation picked up an Assembly sponsor last week, along with 10 cosponsors, and is known as AB-1589a in that chamber.

The good news is that Capitol insiders are reporting to us that this bill is even too much for some of Cuomo’s conference to stomach, especially with the 2020 elections on the horizon.

That’s why, with enough grassroots pressure, we can still get in front of this legislation!

So please fire off your emails right away.
