The legal challenge against Kathy Hochul’s unconstitutional gun control law in Federal Court is changing by the day.
And with so many of our members asking us for updates on where things stand, we’ve recently produced a video update, so you know where things stand right now.
As you’ll hear in the video, what’s true today may not be true a week from now as the 2nd Circuit Court of Appeals is currently reviewing the case, and the Temporary Restraining Order.
But much of ‘Hochul’s Law’ has been blocked from being enforced right now, and until there is a decision from the Court of Appeals, this restraining order remains in effect.
