Fiercely pro-gun Georgia Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene is doing exactly that, sponsoring a federal Second Amendment Preservation Act (SAPA) for the American Firearms Association, and their sister organizations like the NYS Firearms Association!

It is no secret that Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer are working hard behind the scenes to build support for a gun control push.
In fact, just days ago, an article in the Wall Street Journal detailed how the White House’s Domestic policy adviser is meeting with groups like Everytown for Gun Safety, the Brady Campaign, and Bloomberg’s Moms Demand Action to launch a major offensive against our 2nd Amendment freedoms.
And everything is on the table from total and universal gun registration, a complete ban on AR15’s, mental health tests for gun owners, civil liability insurance requirement and much more!
Everybody now knows (thanks to Beto O’Rourke!) that the Democrats want to go door-to-door in America and confiscate every firearm they find, using the NICS background check database to do so.
But they have a massive problem — enforcement.
You see, the federal government does not have the resources to enforce their own federal gun-control laws or any laws that would pass under a Biden Administration.
They simply don’t have the personnel, the equipment or the resources it would take to do widespread confiscation across America.
Instead, they rely on state and local law enforcement agencies to enforce federal laws, and the way they do it is completely treacherous.
In order to entice state and local law enforcement to enforce federal law, the federal government BRIBES state and local agencies with grants and funding that makes enforcement of federal gun-control laws a condition of receiving the funding!
And this is where Congresswoman Green’s Second Amendment Preservation Act legislation comes into play.
You see, this bill would prevent federal funds from being used to enforce federal gun control by either state, local OR federal officials. In other words, it strips the fangs right out of the entire gun-control agenda!
You may be sitting there asking yourself, ‘what chance does Marjorie Taylor Greene’s SAPA bill have of passing in the Biden-Pelosi-Schumer government?’
It’s a fair question, but quite frankly, that’s missing the point.
