While our state is plunging into debt and lawlessness with out of control violence spiking across New York State, Governor Cuomo and his socialist pals are doing all they can to make criminals out of law abiding gun owners!
Violent criminals are being arrested and kicked right back out on the street without having to post any bond thanks to 2019’s ‘bail reform’ nightmare.
What’s more, using Covid-19 as an excuse, Cuomo released thousands of violent criminals from prison last year, unleashing them on you and me!
Despite all of that, Cuomo continues to attack gun owners.
At least four different bills have already been filed in Albany that would make felons out of New Yorkers who who build their own legal firearms at home!
These 80% lowers — Cuomo’s socialists call them ghost guns — are very popular amongst gun owners who want to build their own firearms.
And there are hundreds of different types of these home build kits on the market today, from Ruger 10/22’s, to Glocks to 1911-styled handguns, to AR-15’s.
Violating S-14, AB-613, S-13 or any of the other bills that have been filed to block these home build guns will earn you a Class D FELONY conviction, meaning you could spend up to 7 years in the state penitentiary!
A version of this legislation passed the Senate last year but did not advance. The politicians in Albany are hoping to pass it this year, when you and I are locked out of the Capitol, hoping we don’t notice.
The arrogance of these politicians is limitless. They have directly enabled the violence here in New York by their disastrous policies. But rather than admit that, they are determined to attack gun owners like you and me!
